Are you in a season of transition in your life? I certainly am, and I know of several others who are going through changes. "Seasons" is a short article (attached below) I wrote for my peers at the Brandon PS which is also applicable to chaplaincy and to other forms of leadership you may be in or transitioning through. I hope it will be a source of encouragement to you. I've heard it said that everyone is leading someone somewhere.
