Project Resilience 911 have put together a 2022 calendar to raise funds for training/awareness regarding mental health support for First Responders/Frontline workers in the Manitoba/Brandon/Westman Area and for their families. As a member of the Brandon PS Employee Wellness Team, I'm very aware of the need for education to reduce the negative stigma surrounding acknowledgement of, and reporting of mental health issues with police, as well as the need to train and support First Responders to help build resilience against occupational stress injuries (PTSD, depression, anxiety, substance abuse etc).
At $25.00 per calendar, ALL THE FUNDS received from you will go directly into the Project Resilience 911 program initiative and training opportunities. The calendars will be available before Christmas and would make a nice stocking stuffer. The calendar includes photos from Brandon PS (see if you can find me - where's Waldo?), RCMP, Brandon Fire Emergency Services, E911, Rivers PS, Manitoba First Nations PS, Manitoba Correctional Services, and the Canadian Armed Forces. I've attached some calendar photos that are screen shots.
DONATION: If you are interested in receiving a calendar, please send a message to this email address: projectresilience911@gmail.com for Etransfer payment or to make other payment arrangements.
